Many people find it useful to learn NVC through a study group. Such groups often read Marshall’s books together and work through exercises from the companion workbook by Lucy Leu.
Other people who have taken a Level 1 or 2, find it helpful to continue to practice and develop their NVC skills through ongoing practice groups.
Over the last few years a number of local groups have formed. Some are group facilitated and some have a designated facilitator. Some groups are free and others have a paid leader.
The map indicates both study and practice groups, by town, along with a contact person. Please use it as a guide to find others in your area interested in NVC. If you don’t find a group near you, consider starting one; we are able to provide support with getting started. Please let us know if you begin a group and are willing
to be listed on this site.
Inclusion here does not mean endorsement by Maine NVC Network. It is meant as an aid for connecting people.
If you would like help with setting up a group or if your group has a particular aspect of NVC they would like added instruction with, please contact Maine NVC Network for support. |
